Maruk Khatayawan Palace (The palace of love & hope)

Maruk Khatayawan Palace is the King Rama Sixth's summer residence in the mid 1920s. The palace is located in the King Rama 6 Military Camp, 13 kilometers from the resort. The beautiful golden teak palace is with its airy walkways and buildings. The palace is elegant with two-storey pavilion facing to the sea, linked together by a story of elevated walkways.
